Online Bookings
For your convenience we have an easy online booking system.
Cancellation Policy / Appointment Changes
Online appointments can be amended up to 24 hours prior. Or you can notify us by phone on (03) 374 2345 for the Colombo or (03) 421 8471 for Rolleston.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations.
Short notice cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment time) incur a fee of 50% of the appointment value. Very short notice cancellations (within a few hours) or missed appointments are charged at full appointment value.
In the case of sickness or an unavoidable change of plan, please contact us with as much notice as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment to avoid fees being charged.
