We are dermal skin and beauty therapists who have a genuine love for what we do, making your experience relaxing, rewarding, comfortable and results driven. We offer professional advice and treatment solutions that cater for all skin conditions.

For your convenience we have an easy online booking system.
Cancellation Policy / Appointment Changes
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to clients on our waitlist.
How to change or cancel
- Online, up to 24 hours before your appointment

- We’re unable to action changes via social media
Fees
- 6–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment value is payable
- Less than 6 hours’ notice or a missed appointment: 100% of the appointment value is payable
Sickness
If you need to cancel due to illness, please contact us as early as possible. To avoid a fee, your appointment must be rescheduled at the time you cancel and the new appointment must be within 2 weeks. Sickness cancellations without a new booking will be charged as above.
Repeated changes
Appointments may be rescheduled no more than twice. Any further changes will be treated as a cancellation, with fees applying as per the notice periods above.
