We recommend regular massage as a vital part of your wellness routine and our team of specialist massage therapists and beauty therapists offer a range of massage styles. From light/medium pressure Swedish massage for relaxation and to ease muscle soreness, aches and tension to remedial Deep Tissue Massage and specialist manual Lymphatic Drainage Body Massage (subject to therapist availability).

Pregnancy massage, Hot Stone Massage and Head & Face massage are also available at both of our locations.

Couples Massage is available in our double treatment room at our Rolleston location subject to availability, email or call us to reserve with as much notice as possible (evenings and weekends usually fill up weeks in advance). Couples massages may be any duration from 30 mins to 75 mins and are the same price per person as individual massage.  Our double treatment room is also available for facials, pamper packages, body exfoliations and pedicures when you want to enjoy your treatments side by side with your friends or loved ones.

Pregnancy Massage

Using one of a variety of pregnancy massage styles to safely and gently soothe tired muscles, leaving you de-stressed, relaxed and calm.

Pregnancy-safe Pure Fiji coconut oil is used in this massage which focusses on neck, back, arms and shoulders as well as gently soothing tight muscles in the lower lumber area.  Alternative oil available for clients with nut allergies.

Suitable from 12 weeks onwards.  Especially valuable in later stages when sleep can be challenging for many women.

Seated, side lying or front lying (using the amazing Belly Pillows).  Your therapist will select the most appropriate massage style in consultation with you and considering your pregnancy stage and comfort level.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system and support natural detoxification. By encouraging healthy lymph flow, MLD helps reduce fluid retention, ease tissue congestion and promote improved circulation.

Clients often feel lighter, less puffy and deeply relaxed after treatment. Ideal for supporting recovery, immune health and overall wellbeing, this nurturing therapy restores balance while calming the nervous system.

Hot Stone Massage

Deeply relaxing massage to ease muscle tension, reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep quality. Also known to improve digestion and boost blood circulation. Smooth basalt stones are heated in a specialist warmer and used as both placement and massage tools throughout your massage. Highly recommended during Autumn and Winter. Available in Rolleston only.

Body Exfoliation

Pure Fiji body polish exfoliates dead skin cells which can make skin appear dull and unhealthy. Includes massage. Reveal your glowing skin beneath.
